She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, and a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management. In June 2024, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism for her commitment to serving others and making a meaningful impact in her community. As a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA), Certified Specimen Collector, Notary Public, and published author, Dr. Williams is passionate about advancing healthcare excellence through education, compliance, and mentorship while empowering healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs to build successful careers and businesses.

  • No Refund Policy: Miracle Lab Solutions follows a strict NO Refund Policy for ALL services.
  • Cancellation Notice: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments.
  • Cancellation Fee: If advance notice is not provided, the client will be charged a non-cancellation fee.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients more than 15 minutes late will be charged a late fee and may be rescheduled at the owner/manager's discretion.
  • Date Changes: Miracle Lab Solutions will honor date changes for all scheduled appointments with advance notice or for unforeseen circumstances at the owner's discretion.
